O que você vai fazer no dia a dia Desenvolver e implementar a estratégia de crescimento do escritório; Estruturar e gerenciar o funil de vendas; Atuar diretamente na prospecção e negociação de grandes contas e parcerias estratégicas; Criar e gerenciar campanhas de prospecção ativa (outbound) de alta performance; Construir e fortalecer uma rede de parceiros estratégicos (associações, contadores, consultores, etc.). O que esperamos de você Experiência comprovada na áreas de vendas; Histórico de sucesso na estruturação de canais de vendas (em especial, outbound) e gerenciamento de funis; Conhecimento em gestão de marketing e Customer Success; Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica e operacional (mão na massa); Perfil estratégico, mas com energia para executar; Boa comunicação e habilidade para se conectar com empresários; Diferencial: conhecimento de FIDCs, securitizadoras e mercado financeiro. Experiência em estruturar áreas comerciais e criar processos do zero.* Formato de trabalho Presencial em Londrina ou remoto, com viagens a Londrina e São Paulo (custos cobertos).
