We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. This role is customer-facing, supports end users, and leads the design, implementation and management of our cloud-first infrastructure and networks. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Own support processes and provide outstanding IT support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding and offboarding experience. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools; contribute to IDP and SSO improvements (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Set objectives and key results and align them with team and company goals; work on projects over sprints with Agile methods. Respond to and resolve critical incidents; manage tickets and prioritize work across multiple teams. Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR). Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration with tools such as Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Automation skills using Bash, Zsh, Python; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API familiarity and cross-system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and onboarding processes. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex tech in clear, friendly terms; culturally sensitive and customer-focused. Networking fundamentals and strong problem-solving skills; familiarity with OSI model and enterprise troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; strong organizational skills. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line operations; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.
