owning the onboarding experience for new employees and the retrieval of offboarded employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge with your experience.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents as needed, through to completion; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects over sprints with Jira and agile methods.Set and work to objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. and utilize open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; knowledge of APIs and system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and handling customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Clear, friendly, concise writing; sensitive to different cultures.Security-minded with understanding of PGP, networking fundamentals, OSI model, and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching).Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS;
