Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Support Engineer . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on challenging projects, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex functionalities, financial markets technology, and infrastructure management. They should be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and/or contribute to overall solutions as per deliverables
  • Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs as they come along
  • Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverables
  • Contribute to support group(s) efforts in resolving requests or issues
  • Liaise with respective internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
  • Continuous follow-up of new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations/practices globally, and other such items
  • Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities

- 2+ years' experience in financial markets technology

- Hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle

- Strong personality, logical and analytical skills

- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organization skills

- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM

- Good understanding of P&L concept overall and its components

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally

- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
