(BWSA), responsible for managing investment funds in Brazil and abroad. About The Role BWGI seeks a highly capable, self-directed Business Strategy team member to join its growing team. This is a manager-level, individual contributor role, ideal for someone skilled at tackling complex business challenges and driving high-impact initiatives in a dynamic asset management setting. The Business Strategy team, established just over a year ago and led by a former MBB consultant, plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic agenda. As the company scales, this role offers significant exposure and growth opportunities across various strategic initiatives. In this position, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, conduct advanced strategic and financial analyses, and serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.G., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills. Key Responsibilities Drive Strategic Execution:
Lead large-scale strategic initiatives across risk, operations, technology, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. Advanced Strategic Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analyses on industry trends, business challenges, and model shifts;
translate findings intoactionable insights. Project Management & Operations:
Lead critical workstreams, structure ambiguity, define deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. Strategic Communication:
Prepare executive-level reports, board presentations, business cases, and dashboards. Qualifications 4–6 years of strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or corporate strategy experience. Proven ability to independently lead complex projects with minimal oversight. Experience with technology transformation projects, including systems modernization and platform strategy. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with influence across functions. Bachelor’s degree required;
MBA or similar advanceddegree is a plus. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Industry experience in financial services or asset management, with knowledge of private equity strategies, is advantageous. Willingness to travel to the U.S. as needed. Additional Details Employment type:
