Perform attendance tracking and monitoring to support the preparation of payroll.Compile information related to payroll, vacation, and terminations, and forward it to the accounting department.Assist and clarify employees' questions regarding HR-related matters.Process benefit registrations within the defined deadlines, as requested by employees.Manage the distribution of benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and others, ensuring their proper maintenance.Prepare various reports to support, provide, and forward information and data related to your area to the immediate supervisor, other departments of the institution, and external agencies, in accordance with established policies and procedures.Carry out activities according to the guidance and service priorities set by leadership, following the institution's standards and procedures with quality and safety.Requirements:
Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in personnel department routines.Hands-on experience with payroll, vacation management, terminations, new hires, eSocial, and social charges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
