Job Overview: The Customer Success Manager role is a unique blend of client communication, data-driven performance management, and internal team coordination to maintain seamless operations. Primary point of contact for each clinic client Daily client engagement through calls, emails, and texts Daily monitoring of ad and funnel performance The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in sales or lead generation, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret data, and a proactive mindset.
