Technical Product Manager - Sao PauloA Pentasia client is hiring an ambitious Technical Product Manager in Sao Paulo who will work with them as one of Brazil's fast-developing brands and within a rapidly growing industry.
Reports To: CTO (Main Office) and Country Manager (Brazil)
Responsibilities- Ensure the platform operates with full integrity and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the full stability of the platform, addressing and resolving any issues that may impact service quality or security.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee system administration, including hardware and software resources management for the company and employee workstations.
- Fluent in English with high proficiency to ensure effective communication across global teams.
- Proven track record in managing platform integrity, particularly in environments such as social media, streaming services, or other online platforms.
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager in web/mobile application development.
- Experience with as many of the following as possible: Web Development, QA, DevOps, Network, and Security.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services.
- Experience in writing technical design documents or technical requirements.
- Familiarity with the GitLab issue management system.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and classical management.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to system management and problem resolution.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the capacity to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
