About CapCut
CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for building and operating the recruitment and management system of CapCut creators and agencies;
2. Develop a healthy creator community and increase the creators' active rate;
3. Manage the education and training system of CapCut creators and agencies, delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations to creators and agencies;
4. Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
**Qualifications**:
1. 2+ years of working in content creator's operation or related programs.
2. Good at communication and passion with creator's operation work.
3. Experienced with short video creators/ agencies for local marketing will be better.
4. Have proficient English language skills, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
