Job Description:

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and success.

  • Proactively engage in active and passive candidate sourcing to build a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Partners to design forward-looking hiring strategies that meet business needs.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure timely, respectful, and informative communication throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition principles and practices.
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Background in supply chain or terminal operations management.
