Enhance Customer Experience and Drive Loyalty A dedicated Retail Retention Strategist is sought to lead the optimization of omnichannel retention strategies, boosting customer lifetime value across multiple touchpoints. This key role involves developing, executing, and refining retention programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. By analyzing customer behavior, churn trends, and engagement metrics, you will identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements. You will play a vital part in enhancing post-purchase experience, reducing churn, and driving business growth through data-informed decisions and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end retention strategies that strengthen customer engagement across web, mobile, email, social, and customer service channels. Manage and align marketing, product, sales, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of retention initiatives. Analyze customer behavior, churn trends, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements. Support A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and improve conversion. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or Data Analytics. 5+ years of experience in marketing retention, preferably within trade or consumer market sectors. Proven track record in customer lifetime value, loyalty programs, or retention project management. Familiarity with CRM, automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, and Tableau. Knowledge of AI automation or ChatGPT/LLM tools is an asset. Excellent command of English (upper-intermediate to fluent). Desirable Skills: Strong entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, strategic, and capable of executing with minimal supervision. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mentality. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
