We're seeking a visionary to spearhead the growth of our crypto payment infrastructure. Ecosystem expansion: Define and execute strategies to drive adoption across retail, merchants, and partners. Partnerships & Business Development: Foster strategic alliances with Web3 projects, fintechs, and enterprise players to bring users and businesses on-chain. Integration & Enablement: Ensure seamless integration of our APIs, SDKs, and tools into partner platforms. Product adoption: Drive technical integration of our Web3 payment solutions into a range of apps and platforms. Ecosystem metrics: Track key performance indicators for adoption, usage, and partner success. Incentives & Grants: Manage ecosystem incentives, co-marketing, and grant programs. We are looking for a seasoned professional with: 6+ years in ecosystem, business development, or growth roles in Web3, fintech, or payments A proven track record scaling adoption of crypto, developer tools, or B2C tech products Strong understanding of stablecoins, crypto payments including cards, L1/L2s, or payment rails Strategic BD skills: GTM, partnerships, commercial planning Excellent communication and alignment skills Data-driven thinking focused on impact and ecosystem ROI We offer: Competitive compensation and commission structure Token incentives tied to project onboarding and ecosystem growth A front-row seat in shaping the future of crypto payments and commerce This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of finance.
