We’re looking for a highly driven Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us expand our presence in the Brazilian fintech and payments ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities with PSPs, exchanges, neobanks, and digital businesses operating across Web3, crypto payments, and cross-border flows.This role requires a mix of commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex value propositions in simple, impactful ways.. It’s ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional eager to work in a fast-scaling, international fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect new business opportunities in the fintech, payments, and crypto sectors.Qualify leads, run product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle until closing.Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to design tailored proposals.Maintain structured reporting in the CRM and provide regular updates on pipeline status.Contribute to the development of commercial materials and go-to-market initiatives.Support the company’s visibility in industry events, webinars, and local partnerships.Requirements3+ years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or crypto-related companies.Proven track record in outbound sales and new client acquisition.Strong understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, and/or Web3 infrastructure.Familiarity with cryptoasset exchanges, stablecoins, or blockchain-based payment flows is a plus.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.Nice to HavePrevious experience with on/off ramp solutions, PSPs, or FX/treasury services.Existing network in the Brazilian fintech and crypto ecosystems.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based commission.Remote-first work model with flexibility and autonomy.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international fintech with expansion across Latam and Europe.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in payments, crypto, and Web3 innovation.
