We are looking for a Junior Design Analyst, Sales Enablement to join our team and elevate how we visually communicate with our merchants and empower our sales force. This role is crucial for creating compelling, on‑brand, and effective materials that directly impact sales success. You will be the creative force behind our sales presentations, event collateral, and merchant‑facing assets, turning complex information into beautiful, persuasive designs. Your day‑to‑day impact Design and produce high‑impact, visually compelling sales presentations, decks, and templates for internal and external use; Create a wide range of merchant‑facing materials, including proposals, case studies, one‑pagers, and other collateral to support the sales cycle; Develop creative assets for sales events, both physical and virtual, including banners, brochures, digital ads, and social media graphics; Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product stakeholders to translate complex ideas and data into clear, persuasive visual content; Ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all touchpoints; Help build and maintain a centralized digital asset library to ensure the sales team has easy access to up‑to‑date materials. Must‑haves to shine in this role Experience in a graphic design role, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases presentation design and marketing collateral; Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides); A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Experience with Figma, Video Editing, or other UI/UX tools is a plus; Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively; Mid proficiency in English. Bonus points if you have A highly creative and visual thinker with a strong passion for design; Extremely detail‑oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout; A natural collaborator who can effectively communicate design concepts and work with diverse teams; Proactive and skilled at managing multiple design projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment; Passionate about enabling sales teams and understanding the tangible impact of great design on business results.
