Your main goal will be to generate pipeline for the DACH market and shape our SDR playbook as we scale. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business. You'll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with prospects
    • Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n\'s value
    • Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
    • Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (50% of leads are already product-qualified)
  2. Build pipeline with outbound efforts
    • Create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
    • Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
  3. Administration & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
    • Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
  4. Collaboration with the sales team
