- Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry.
- Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
- Ability to analyze data and insights and translate in an external-friendly way.
- Ability to manage objection handling, sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation.
- Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning and time/pipeline management skills, with attention to detail and track record of improving processes.

Responsibilities- Manage a scaled portfolio of YouTube partners across all verticals towards goals, including, establish scaled relationships with partners through different engagement types.
- Drive product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, business generationand viewership goals.
- Ensure your partner portfolio complies with YouTube's community guidelines and business generationpolicies and support them in navigating YouTube's support and operations teams.
- Engage with and understand the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
- Manage project initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events and other scaled initiatives.
