  • Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry.
  • Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights and translate in an external-friendly way.
  • Ability to manage objection handling, sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning and time/pipeline management skills, with attention to detail and track record of improving processes.
About the job As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM), you will manage a portfolio of creators and companies representing a variety of partner types and verticals. You will drive product adoption and optimization across YouTube's platform priorities while also assessing creators needs and goals, to craft a plan to grow their portfolio, and to deliver insights and strategy to enable their success on YouTube. You will deliver against partner performance metrics and core program key performance indicator (KPIs) to drive maximum impact. You will build a working understanding of YouTube internal processes, products, and teams. You will support the team in expanding relationships with key partners and creators, helping them optimize and adopt features, enabling YouTube to be successful. Responsibilities
  • Manage a scaled portfolio of YouTube partners across all verticals towards goals, including, establish scaled relationships with partners through different engagement types.
  • Drive product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, business generationand viewership goals.
  • Ensure your partner portfolio complies with YouTube's community guidelines and business generationpolicies and support them in navigating YouTube's support and operations teams.
  • Engage with and understand the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
  • Manage project initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events and other scaled initiatives.
