Rider Experience Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance rider culture throughout the year. This includes analyzing rider needs and business changes to create activity plans that meet our goals.
Additionally, you will plan and execute monthly themed events and traditional festival events, staying up-to-date with industry trends and social hotspots. You will also iterate on event planning plans to ensure their success.
Furthermore, you will coordinate large-scale event projects, collecting content from various sources.
