Job Responsibilities

  • Help design and improve services and strategies that make the rider experience better.
  • Research local rider communities to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Work with the product team to create and improve features that make delivery processes smoother.
  • Build feedback channels and collect rider input to continuously improve strategies and products.


Requirements:

  • This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall
    between November 2025 and October 2026.
  • Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
  • Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience.
  • Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs.
