We are looking for a Senior IT Comex & Logistics to join our Finance team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry
Main Activities:
- Assist projects in matters related to import and export of own and third party equipment.
- Interact with suppliers intervening in the daily management of logistics.
- Survey new suppliers in each country and current customs regulations, with a focus on the most efficient management of foreign trade operations.
- Survey information and processes necessary for the purchase and import of equipment to different countries.
- Contact government regulatory agencies for automatic and non-automatic import licenses.
- Provide accurate information on Comex regulations in different countries. To ensure that equipment provisioning is not affected.
- Generate the necessary documentation to present in public organizations in each country. and interact and relieve suppliers specialized in managing procedures with third-party organizations.
What are we looking for:
- Verifiable experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of customs regulation.
- Advanced student or graduate of foreign trade / international trade / logistics
- Similar positions in companies with logistics, that carry out technical purchases, studies of customs brokers or foreign trade.
- Advanced English level.
