IT Service Specialist We are looking for an IT Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. About the Role This is a full-time position that involves working on-site at our office location. You will be responsible for attending all incidents reported by users through the helpline or incident logging platform. You will record all calls from the helpline and register the incident in the ticket registration platform. You will attend on the spot the incidence of the user reporting problems with the Workstation computer equipment. Key Responsibilities Direct each incident (ticket) to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention. Advise users seeking support in processes not related to workstation problems. Receive and document service failures reported by users regarding the attention of the different troubleshooting group. Benefits Health insurance. Dental plan. Life insurance.
