Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in breakthrough initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT. With more than 1,200 colleagues in over 75 countries, we focus on distributed collaboration, meeting in person twice to four times yearly in interesting locations worldwide. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields starting their sales career at Canonical. We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is to manage inbound leads for a global tech company and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs and maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline. You will also develop your own skills and those of your team, learn about new technologies, and experiment with innovative outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
