This role is located in **São Paulo, SP - HYBRID **.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Conduct legal activities related to funds administration, including:- Structuring and changing funds by laws and draft shareholders meetings;- Analysis of transactions performed by investment funds, such as corporate bonds and derivatives;- Draft and review of agreements related to funds. Working knowledge of pension funds and RPPS investment´s rules.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:- Bachelor’s degree in Law (with OAB) - Brazilian Bar Association;- Previous experience in a Law Firm or Financial Institutions;- Fluency in English and Portuguese;- Teamwork skills;- Organizational and planning skills to work with high volume;- Ability to work with low supervision and skill to develop critical analysis of documents and new regulations.
