Job Title: Technical Sourcing Specialist We are looking for a remote professional to identify, engage and connect top technical talent in Latin America with 2+ years of experience and excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken. You’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging technical candidates through various platforms, job boards, social media and referrals. Sourcing Activities: Proactively source, identify and engage technical candidates using Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and other creative sourcing channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles. Partner closely with Recruiters and Resource Managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads. Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level and alignment with open positions. Requirements: Skills: Advanced Boolean logic, filters and data mining techniques. Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
