A NAVA está em busca de **uma Pessoa Service Delivery Director **para fazer parte do nosso time de pessoas incríveis
**Aqui na NAVA a Pessoa Service Delivery Director é responsável por**:
Gerenciar projetos de estratégia e toda operação junto ao Cliente Final (Segmento Bancário);
Interlocução com diretores e Gerentes do cliente;
Gestão de operação com ênfase e geração de valor para o negócio;
Realização análises para entendimento de necessidades x oportunidades de negócio junto ao Cliente;
Planejamento e implantação de estratégias para alavancar resultados e reduzir custos utilizando melhores práticas;
Uso de novas tecnologias e principais frameworks de gestão do mercado;
Garantia de qualidade das entregas e indicadores de qualidade e performance;
Gestão de times multidisciplinares.
**E para ser do time, é importante que você tenha**:
Graduação Completa;
Ampla experiência em implementação e gestão de operações e/ou projetos de transformação digital no segmento Bancário;
Experiência com métricas, indicadores e governança de operações;
Experiência na condução e implementação de jornadas DEVOPs;
Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos utilizando diversas metodologias e principalmente metodologias ágeis.
