As a Business Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

We are looking for talented, communicative, agile, flexible, and passionate sales professionals. You will be an account manager, having direct contact with customers, solving problems, and supporting contractual doubts.

Main activities:
  • Carry out sales in a consultative manner, being responsible for the entire sales flow.
  • Actively prospect with potential customers.
  • Hold periodic meetings with suppliers in your portfolio to propose new solutions.
  • Carry out follow-ups according to the funnel stages.
  • Prepare, present, and send commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions for closing deals.
  • Maintain the organization of the agenda and fill out the CRM assertively to highlight the information of each lead/client.
  • Negotiate retention with suppliers in possible churn.
  • Carry out face-to-face visits when necessary.
  • Participate in fairs and other business events.
  • Identify improvements to the process and/or products.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Complete high school.
  • Commercial experience.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Skill with technology (use of notebooks, spreadsheets, systems, and Google tools).
  • Good problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Desirable English language skills.
Experience Levels:
  • Junior - 01 year of experience
  • Business Manager - Over 3 years of experience
  • Senior - Over 7 years of experience.
