As of now, over 5 million active users have easily accessed a wide range of CFD trading services, including forex, cryptocurrency, stocks, indices, metals, and commodities, via the Trade W app and website.Role DescriptionAs an Senior Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on supporting the operational strategies that drive customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for overseeing and improving performance data within the region, working cross-functionally with various teams to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that enhance the user journey from registration to active trading.Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of regional performance data, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.Monitor and analyse metrics across the customer lifecycle – from registration to trading – to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.Suggest regional optimisation strategies based on user behaviour.Developing and executing retention initiatives, such as targeted communications, onboarding flows, or loyalty programs tailored to the region.Support the setup, testing, and reporting of promotions, pop-ups, and in-app messaging aimed at increasing deposits and trading volume.Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure platform and tools are optimised for the region's customer experience and engagement.Maintain accurate reports and dashboards to track key KPIs including conversion rates, churn, ARPU, and regional revenue performance.Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed about regional trends and best practices.QualificationsLanguages:
Chinese (listening & speaking) + Portuguese (listening, speaking & writing) + English (listening, speaking & writing)Extensive marketing and operations experience in the Brazilian market;
familiarity with localcultureAt least 5 years experience in an operational, data, or roles related to market expansion (preferably in fintech, online trading, or financial services).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets;
familiarity with datadashboards or BI tools is a plus.Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or aboveSome team management experience, organisational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for optimisation and growth.Willingness to travel (a plus)
