About The Team/Role This role is part of the KA operations – growth team, driving key growth initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration. The team works closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product to define core brand strategy, implement promotional campaigns, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance growth‑related product features. The ideal candidate will shape growth strategies, leverage data‑driven insights, and pioneer innovative approaches to expand the user base and order scale of key accounts and the platform. Executing growth strategies, leveraging pricing optimization, promotional activities, and in‑app communications to drive brand growth; utilizing banners, pop‑ups, and push notifications to maximize campaign impact. Continuously tracking and analyzing key metrics, and conducting competitor research. Leading cross‑functional execution of growth initiatives, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation of promotional campaigns and in‑app communications. Driving product‑led growth by collaborating with the Product team to optimize growth‑related product features and traffic entry points to enhance KA engagement. A data‑driven mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to track key performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
