Aieak is currently seeking customer sevice person. You should be able to provie support to customers and responding to inquiries. This includes identifying customer needs, understanding customer complaints, following up with customers for feedback, and resolving customer issues. The CSR may also work with other departments in the company to resolve customer issues.
- Responsibilities: _
Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Escalating customer issues when necessary
Identifying customer needs and concerns
Understanding customer complaints and grievances
Handling company social media accounts and responding to inquiries on.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: R$15,000.00 - R$20,000.00 per year
