About the project :

As a Staff Architect CRM , you will be responsible for defining end-to-end CRM strategies, interfacing with stakeholders across departments, and ensuring architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems in highly regulated environments.

How your day-to-day work will look like

Lead CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy.

Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.

Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management.

Define and enforce architecture standards across delivery teams.

Guide internal and external engineering teams through execution.

Ensure platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance.

This would make you the ideal candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ Years of experience working in Software Architecture.

5+ Years of experience working in CRM systems.

Proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM.

Proficiency with REST / SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional / government settings

Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
