Preferably Brazil.Position Category: Training and ConsultingPosition Type: Contractor On DemandLanguages: mandatory**:Portuguese**, nice to have: English or Spanish**_ Required experience in the follownig:_**- **_ISO 9001 (Quality Managment System)_**:- **_ISO 14001 (Environmental Manag_**_ement System)_**:- **_ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management System)_****_Nice to have experience in:_**- **_ISO/FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Managemetn System)_**- Courses to be delivered can be defined as off the shelf training courses (Public and In house ), or courses that require special design based on client's needs both Face-2-Face and Virtual- Innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programmes of work, courses and events that will fulfil client requirements.- Help in translating and validating training materials from other languages to portuguese language- Design training programmes and materials for public and in-company courses and other events as required, ensuring that all materials are consistent with BA & IS business assurance philosophy, brand and methodology- based on certain arrangements- Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher value services.- Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.Basic Qualification:- Experince as a Management System Trainer and/or Consultant- Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods.- Evidence of training competency for both Face and Virtual Training (Train the Trainer certificate is a plus)- Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is a plus- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations.
