Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will be the primary point of contact for complex technical issues, working closely with our product, engineering, and QA teams to resolve these issues efficiently. Your excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have the opportunity to partner with our product team to improve product functionality and provide expert guidance on SDK integration and deployment. Your mentorship skills will also be valuable in helping junior team members develop their technical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in technical product support, preferably in B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting software in production environments, including mobile and web applications.
  • Strong skills in scripting, SQL, APIs, HTML, HTTP, and debugging tools.
  • Experience in mobile advertising analytics or AdTech is a plus.
