Job Title: Tax Manager About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax litigation cases, performing technical and strategic tax analyses, and ensuring compliance with tax obligations. Key Responsibilities: Manage tax litigation cases from administrative to judicial stages; Perform technical and strategic tax analyses, proposing solutions and reporting to leadership; Ensure compliance with tax obligations through CND renewal processes; Monitor tax trends and rulings, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks; Requirements: Law degree and active OAB registration; Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law with a focus on litigation; Proven experience leading tax litigation cases; Analytical skills and autonomy to solve tax issues; Fluent English (mandatory); Desired Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CIT, TP, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IPI, and II; Knowledge of tax planning and compliance is a plus; Behavioral Competencies: Authenticity, accountability, and courage aligned with management principles; Effective communication and collaboration in a team environment; Proactive problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset; About Us: We believe in continuous innovation and developing talents who make a difference.
