Head of Affiliate Content – French speaking marketsAbout the roleWe are looking for a Head of French Content who is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and is hands-on with the content production process. This is a highly operational role where you will be directly managing workflows, ensuring smooth execution, and working closely with content managers, SEO, product, and other teams to maintain high-quality standards. ResponsibilitiesEnsure content delivery focused and aligned with user intent. You will be responsible for building a team and developing the tools, processes and training needed. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team, fostering content quality, growth, collaboration, and innovation. Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance and productivity, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Streamline the content production process, ensuring smooth communication between teams, market contacts, and other departments. Gather feedback from content managers to identify areas for process optimization. Collaborate with Market Managers and SEO managers : Align content priorities with business goals and audience needs. Refine Content Topics: Prioritize high-impact keywords and content based on market and business insights. Collaboration with transversal teams to set and adapt the strategy of each website. Track Performance: Monitor content metrics to optimize for engagement and conversions. Create Briefs: Develop clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights. Set Deadlines & Expectations: Establish timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for smooth workflows. Develop a content strategy for new assets, with a clear calendar, and aligned with business goals. Content quality checkPrepare and share guidelines with Content Managers, to ensure the content meets the brief's requirements, adheres to SEO guidelines, and aligns with business goals, add to the guidelines for writers the Facts-Checking & Accuracy. Ensure that the content publication is consistent: The tone, style, and formatting are consistent across all content and meet brand standards. Internal Linking Optimization: Ensure that content incorporates the appropriate internal linking structure to guide users through the site and boost SEO performance. Your profileMandatory – 3+ years of experience in a similar content management role within the iGaming business (sports betting and online casino), and passionate about it Mandatory –Native in French coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content & proficient in English (used for internal communication) Mandatory –Business driven and have a strong understanding of what kind of content converts Mandatory –Strong on-page SEO knowledge and practical experience You know how to build and manage a content development strategy Proven experience in organisational and project management roles Data-driven mindset, analytical, and results-oriented Strong team and leadership skills Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes Knowledge of content-related tools, WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity.
