Data Operations Analyst

As the Data Operations Manager for our Growth Markets sales team, you will deliver automated, actionable insights to guide customer management and sales activity across our SME sales teams. Reporting into Head of Sales Operations, you will combine data from multiple sources using several tools including Tableau, our proprietary data governance and management software (Aperture) and third-party tools such as Gong.

• Build, product-by-product, a framework that allows the ingestion of product usage data.
• Create insight and triggers that you will convert to workflows into our Customer Success and Retention teams.
• Support use of our Prospect Universe tool that combines CRM and internal data.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities, create visual reports for sales performance.
• Ensure data integrity across different platforms.
• System integration to process data from multiple sources.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Design charts, graphs, and dashboards that highlight main insights. Report sales performance to key stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of business metrics.

What you\'ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, related to data analyses, ideally for GTM purpose.
• Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Experience collaborating with teams in different locations.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of sales process and data within a large technology services company or systems integrator.
• High skill level in data governance and management tools and using them to build automation.
• A curious mindset, looking to improve results from tasks.
