Senior QA Analyst

If you answered yes to these questions, McFadyen has an opportunity for you100% remote work**Responsibilities**- Top 5 Responsibilities_- Review & Analyze requirements (User Stories).- Identify & document test scenarios that must meet each Acceptance Criteria.- Perform Manual Testing for In-Sprint Stories/Features.- Perform exploratory and regression tests that must also be delivered for each Story.- Assist Dev team in testing complex tests during the Sprint.- Other Responsibilities_- Identify & report bugs (Steps to reproduce, attach evidence).- Triage and prioritize in-sprint bugs.- Retest resolved bugs.- Assist in creating Test Status Reports.Work with client and 3rd-party testing teams to:- support delivery of each Sprint.- support client efforts in SIT and UAT phases.**Qualifications**:- Top 5 Qualifications_- Experience in cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility, or Mobile testing.- Should have strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.- Detailed bug reporting.- Must be proactive and have thrived in a customer facing environment.- Additional Qualifications:_- Advanced English Skills are mandatory.- We require at least four years of software quality assurance experience.- Experience or Knowledge of web services technology, such as SOAP and REST.- Experience working with JIRA.- Must be able to write and maintain test cases and test scripts.- Ability to work well with QA and developers.- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.- Take ownership tasks and driver for completion.- Experience with offshore teams is a plus.- Experience with automation is a plus.**What We Can Offer You**:- A career with thought leaders who literally wrote the book on Marketplace Best Practices.- A career in the fast-paced world of retail eCommerce, digital marketplaces, and platform businesses.- A career with first movers who are deploying new business models and strategies worldwide.- A career in a flat management structure without a rigid hierarchy and bureaucracy.- A career in a culture that rewards creativity and innovation, risk-taking and teamwork.**Additional Information****Our Core Values**: Client Focus, Owning the Outcome, Adaptable, Caring**Keywords**:Quality Assurance, E-commerce, Marketplace, Software Testing, Test Scripts, Bug Reporting.McFadyen’s goal is to ensure that our clients are able to maximize the return on their technology investment by providing better service to their clients, partners and internal teams.
