Role Description

Active seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join Peloton's Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Senior Talent Acquisition role will collaborate across stakeholders to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to meet Peloton's dynamic business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Full life cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to meet Peloton's dynamic business needs.
  • Own a set of strategic recruiting priorities (LATAM, North America) and build a talent pipeline to support strategic roles.
  • Creatively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  • Facilitate the interview and hiring process, including managing candidate and internal stakeholder expectations, identifying risks, coordinating interviews, and providing visibility into LATAM hiring market trends.
  • Act as an ambassador of Peloton's culture, values, and benefits to candidates.
  • Support Peloton's social media presence to create visibility for openings and brand excitement.
  • Partner with stakeholders as a Trusted Talent Partner; collaborate with a Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop relationships with practice leaders, hiring managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop deep industry and technology expertise to bring additional value to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to special projects within the TA team (e.g., ATS implementation, tool evaluation, interview process improvements).
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, including at least 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting.
  • Experience in the professional services industry, specifically within SaaS or technology-based implementation services.
  • Proven ability to lead an exceptional candidate and stakeholder process from sourcing through offer acceptance with proactive communication.
  • In-house recruiting experience (a blend of agency and in-house acceptable).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, including active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Proven success in managing strategic hiring priorities and maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Prior experience as a Talent Advisor partnering with business stakeholders.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS usage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
  • A good sense of humor.
Additional Desired Skills
  • Experience within the Oracle Consulting space.
  • Experience recruiting across Oracle Cloud applications: ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, Data Analytics, Reporting, and/or Integration.
