Estamos em busca de um Sales Operations / Admin Analyst talentoso e experiente para atuar em um de nossos clientes. Essa posição desempenha um papel estratégico na coordenação dos processos administrativos relacionados às vendas, garantindo eficiência, precisão e suporte direto à equipe de vendas.

Perfil Desejado :

1. Competências Técnicas

  • Gestão de processos de vendas: Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM (como Salesforce ou HubSpot) e experiência na gestão de contratos.
  • Análise de dados: Habilidade para criar e interpretar relatórios de desempenho.
  • Mapeamento e otimização de processos: Experiência em análise e automação de processos é um diferencial.

2. Habilidades de Liderança

  • Gestão de equipes: Capacidade de liderar e motivar equipes, promovendo engajamento e alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos.
  • Tomada de decisão: Agilidade e assertividade na resolução de problemas operacionais e estratégicos.
  • Comunicação: Excelência em interagir com diferentes níveis da organização, incluindo diretoria e clientes.
  • Gestão de conflitos: Competência para gerenciar e resolver questões entre equipes administrativas e de vendas.

3. Perfil Estratégico

  • Visão sistêmica: Entendimento do impacto das operações administrativas no desempenho comercial.
  • Foco em resultados: Identificação de gargalos e implementação de melhorias para otimizar o ciclo de vendas.
  • Alinhamento com metas comerciais: Trabalho próximo às equipes de vendas para garantir a integração dos processos com os objetivos estratégicos.

4. Características Comportamentais

  • Organização: Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos processos e prazos simultaneamente.
  • Resiliência: Habilidade para atuar sob pressão e atender a demandas rápidas.
  • Proatividade: Identificação de problemas e propostas de soluções eficazes.
  • Adaptabilidade: Flexibilidade para ajustar-se a mudanças no ambiente estratégico.

5. Experiência e Qualificações

  • Mínimo de 2 anos em funções similares, especialmente em empresas com processos de vendas estruturados.
  • Conhecimento de mercado: Familiaridade com plataformas SaaS no segmento B2B será considerado um diferencial.
