About the Role

This position is a key role within Claire's retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Sales and Profit: Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and pricing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and likely to return.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Retail Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead and motivate your team.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale systems.
