You will lead a diverse team, made up of 13 dedicated Hansenites who are passionate about what they do.
**Who are we looking for?**
We look for a finance manager that proactively collaborate in the achievement of finance roadmap for next years in the following pillars:
- Processes improvements,
- Business Partnering;
- Digitalization & finance automation
- People Competence - Lead and develop the finance team;
- Compliance, Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures;
- M&A
- ERP replacement;
**Requirements**:
- Solid previous leadership experience in senior financial management;
- Very good working knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Legal, Cash Management, Forecasting & Budgeting;
- Degree in economics, accountancy, business, or similar, MBA or related master's degree preferred.
- Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English skills (Spanish is a Plus)
- Active CRC is a plus
**What would your role look like?**
- Manage the entire Brazilian finance team (Costing, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Payroll)
- Partnering with LATAM Finance Director and play an active role in the executive management of Chr. Hansen Brazil, providing financial support to drive, plan, organize, and ensure the organization's financial health and contribute to its profit by strategically controlling its expenses;
- Provide leadership, direction, and support in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing proper internal control policies and procedures for the assigned functions assuring compliance with internal and/or external audit, as well as in internal inquiries, both of the Division, as the Group
- Preparation and submission of financial reports of closing and Review of statutory financial statements following official guidelines and requirements (IFRS);
- Monitor financial books and details to ensure legal, tax and accounting requirements are met;
- Provide critical input and insight to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to achieve financial targets;
- Balance sheet review in a monthly bases; develop and implement formal finance KPI´s, monitor the company's financial indicators, seeking opportunities to optimize profitability;
- Be responsible for credit & collection management, follow-up documents of inbound process such as invoice entry in payables and payment approvals;
- Analyze and Support Working Capital and weekly Cash Management/forecasting;
- Monthly review and approval of Payroll processing;
- Formalize or even design and implement official company policies/procedures;
- Responsible for all financial and administrative matters internally and externally (auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, lawyers, among others)
