  • Manage several OEM customers across local, export, and intercompany operations.">
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, coordinating actively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.">
  • Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in processes and metrics.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related field.">
  • Relevant experience in S&OP, supply chain, or materials management.">
  • Availability to work on-site.">
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry.">
  • Intermediate English proficiency (advanced or fluent is highly desirable).">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Desirable experience managing people.">
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on material inventory, supply planning, and demand management.">
  • Full knowledge of materials planning systems (ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.">
  • Thorough understanding of Materials Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control.">
  • Domain Office and ERP Package experience.">
  • Experience with MRP, MPS, Min/Max, S&OP, and other supply chain/materials management tools and processes.">
