Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, organization, execution, and completion of small and medium-sized projects. You will be working under guided direction and will be responsible for developing technical solutions, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, communication plans, risk/contingency plans, and other information needed to support project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Office, and CAD software
