- Prospecção de Novos Negócios (Eólicos e Solares)no Brasil e na America Latina;
- Gerenciamento de Desenvolvimento de projetos Greenfield e Brownfield de energia (Eólicos e Solares)
- Coordenação de processos de licenciamento ambiental e regularização fundiária;
- Controle do status do portfólio, estudos de cenários e preparação de informes e relatórios executivos;
- Gerenciamento de relacionamento com partes interessadas, proprietários, fornecedores, clientes internos e externos;
- Avaliações técnicas, financeiras, legais, regulatórias e ambientais dos projetos em desenvolvimento;
- Negociação, análise e gestão de contratos;
- Negociações comerciais com cunho financeiro, técnico, regulatório e fiscal;
- Identificação, análise e avaliação de Riscos e Impactos dos projetos;
- Due Diligence e M&A (Identificação de oportunidade de negócios, seleção, negociação, diligência, acordos e contratos, gestão de condições precedentes e etc);
