Nice to have qualifications:Experience in collections or payment follow-ups.Hands-on experience with HubSpot for customer management.Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and team collaboration.

Reach out to customers with overdue payments and provide clear, professional options for resolution.CRM Management:
Keep customer records accurate and detailed for streamlined processes and reporting.Customer Communication:
Deliver high-quality service representative of the brand’s ethos.Upselling Opportunities:
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell workshops and services.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Working hours:Availability to work during U.S. business hours, with flexibility based on client needs.
