We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at My Cleaning Angel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls and provide estimates to potential clients
- Coordinate with our field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Respond to emails and texts from current and new clients in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
