Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary goal is to generate new business opportunities and manage the pre-sales pipeline in order to set quality discovery calls for our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage top-of-the-funnel activity with the purpose of scheduling opportunities/discovery calls for Pluspoint's Account Executive team.
- Handle omni-channel outbound campaigns (Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn).
- Generate leads and opportunities based on market signals.
- Execute & test new outreach strategies.
- Utilize CRM to track performance and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-to-customer conversion.
- 1-2 years of SDR experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal Portuguese skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with other departments.
- Intermediate English.
