You'll maintain strong customer relationships, keep a tight handle on CRM tools like HubSpot and Jira, and support smooth financial processes.Need to have qualifications:3+ years in customer service or related roles.Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and accurate CRM records.Proven problem-solving skills and ability to critically address customer situations.Customer-centric mindset with a genuine ability to empathize and build trust.Nice to have qualifications:Experience in collections or payment follow-ups.Hands-on experience with HubSpot for customer management.Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and team collaboration.Responsibilities:Payment Follow-Ups: Reach out to customers with overdue payments and provide clear, professional options for resolution.CRM Management: Keep customer records accurate and detailed for streamlined processes and reporting.Customer Communication: Deliver high-quality service representative of the brand’s ethos.Upselling Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities to upsell workshops and services.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Working hours:Availability to work during U.S. business hours, with flexibility based on client needs.
