As our Brokers Engagement Marketing, you'll bridge strategy and execution to strengthen Alice 's presence in the indirect channel. Your role is to deepen our relationship with brokers, helping them understand, trust, and actively recommend Alice . You'll lead initiatives that support their journey, from brand awareness to activation, always connecting business priorities with meaningful, on-brand experiences.


You'll own the planning and execution of broker-facing marketing efforts, translating business goals into smart, strategic activations that actually move the needle. This means understanding the broker ecosystem deeply, prioritizing demands, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with our creative hub to make things happen.



Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for all broker-facing marketing initiatives, from concept to delivery.
  • Prioritize and shape internal and partner requests, ensuring we focus on what really drives impact.
  • Proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the table, helping brokers engage better and sell more.
  • Own and manage the budget for broker-facing campaigns, activations, and materials.
  • Track and measure the impact of field initiatives, making data-driven decisions on where to invest and what to improve.
  • Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and collaborate with our internal hub to bring them to life.
  • Connect the dots between brand strategy and execution, ensuring the Alice brand shows up consistently and powerfully across all touchpoints.
  • Work in close alignment with brand, growth, and sales teams to ensure coordination and consistency across the board.


Examples of initiatives
  • Deepen Alice 's relationship with brokers, striving to become their top-choice insurance partner.
  • Create and run promotional campaigns to engage and activate brokers.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and activation kits tailored to brokers.
  • Organize in-person or online training sessions focused on messaging and product differentiators.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to boost Alice 's presence.
  • Define and manage merchandising strategy, ensuring branded materials are adapted to different partner contexts.
  • Coordinate events or meetups with strategic broker partners.
