Overview Join to apply for the Channel Sales Manager - South America role at A-SAFE GROUP. This is a remote position open to candidates in South America. Requirement to speak English, Portuguese and Spanish. Must live within ***** minutes of a major international airport and be willing to commit to extensive travel (60%+) to manage a dedicated territory. Responsibilities Be responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region. Execute and implement a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. Build credibility, brand value and trust with partners. Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly. Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners. Recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners. Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements. Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Partner/Channel Manager. Experience in managing large scale relationships. Ability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plans. Proven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to details. Experience in Industrial Manufacturing & DCs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Compensation Exact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in our company commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
