We are a Silicon Valley tech startup looking for motivated individuals for a remote Customer Support Agent position. As the world's leading website plugin library, we support users on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Weebly. We’re looking for a full-time agent that is interested in growing with the companyJob Duties and Responsibilities:- Handle all inbound and some outbound client communications through support tickets- Prioritize and effectively troubleshoot customer issues with a sense of urgency- Become knowledgeable on all items surrounding POWr billing, POWr plugins, and their place in each of our supported website building partnersApplicant Requirements:- Available to work 10AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time zone schedule, 5 days a week.- Experience with supporting customers using Zendesk, Help Scout, or another help desk.- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking- Device Requirement: Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet- Previous experience building websites with Shopify and Wix preferred.Please respond with a cover letter that includes information regarding your customer support experience and description of what you did.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: R$4,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
