We're seeking a **Manager** of **Royalties Administration** to join our São Paulo team.
**Your Mission**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for royalty inquiries from locally signed writers and artists
- Coordinate the inbound cash process with the regional finance team for publishing, master, and production music
- Assist with royalty processing, including reviewing matching and releasing error and suspense files
- Handle invoice requests for incoming royalty statements
- Manage all formalities linked to calculation and distribution to interested parties, including statement preparation, distribution, and payment requests
- Collaborate closely with regional collective management organizations on distribution matters, repertoire registration, and sales declarations
- Conduct quarterly client account review meetings for regional staff and management
**Your Profile**
- Have experience in an analytical or financial function at a CMO, music publisher, or record label
- Can communicate financial data and concepts to a broad audience
- Are comfortable adjusting to evolving priorities and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels
- Possess excellent project management skills with a strong service orientation
- Work in an organized, efficient manner with meticulous attention to detail
- Have experience working with international teams and strong communication skills
- Possess excellent Excel skills, with knowledge of SQL, Python, or SAP being a plus
- Fluent in English, with Spanish being a plus
- Enjoy working independently and reliably.
